If you use Quadri, this version can only be used with Quadri 2.0 or newer.
Models created with earlier versions of Novapoint, will be converted on opening in NP20.00 and can ONLY be used in NP20.00, and it will not be possible to open it with earlier versions of Novapoint after conversion.
Using Novapoint 20.05 with floating license (FLEXlm license manager) will require license manager 11.14 of FLEXlm. Make sure the license manager support this before you try to use Novapoint 20.05. If your network uses the IPv6 protocol (as used in Microsoft Direct Access), you should set the FNP_IP_PRIORITY environment variable on the client computer to give priority to IPv6, which can improve performance and avoid unwanted IPv4 address resolution.
Novapoint 20.00 and Novapoint 20.05 will both require license version 20.00.
Login using named user (Vianova ID) will work for both Novapoint 20.00 and Novapoint 20.05.
There are some issues using the USB hardware lock (FLEXid). Please contact us if you want to use Novapoint 20.05 with the USB lock.

NEW: Dynamic Query – Global attribute filter
Global attribute filter is added. Selection can now be filtered by the common attributes: feature name, Planned or Existing and Medium. If Tasks and/or Location is selected, the global filter filters within these results. When also selecting feature types or instances, these are added to selection.

Also added possible to cut simple geometries (points, lines and polygon) with a selected boundary. Boundary must be a polygon or closed line. Only features in selected presentation within selected boundary will be drawn to DWG. Simple geometries crossing the boundary will be cut.

CORRECTED: Export: Attachments to the Ground Investigation objects are now included in the export files to Geosuite project for all situations.
NEW: If it is regeistered an error in the cross-section calculation (Error or Serious Error) or on the conversion rules (error code -108) there is now restrictions in saving the results to Quadri and to do the mass calculations. This is possible to override with a check box in Novapoint Base.
CHANGED: Text on buttons for “Select Calculation Basis” and “Select Illustration Objects” is shortened to minimize the use of space in the Road Ribbons in Novapoint Base.
IMPROVED: Assessing when the road task should build or not when pressing OK.
REMOVED: Possibility to extract mass report on parts of the road stretch since it did not give the correct results in start and/or end chainages. We therefore recommend rebuilding the roadmodel in the sections that the mass calculation is wanted.
