Export Topics

You can choose to export your Topics to either a PDF file or a BCFZIP file.

Here is how you export your Topics:

  1. Navigating to the Topics page of the project you wish to export from.
  2. If you want, you can first filter the Topics list, for example showing only Topics which have a Road label:
  3. On the Topics page, you will see the Import/Export button above the Topics list:
  4. This will open a dialog with three tabs: All, Import and Export. By default the All tab is shown, listing all the Topics Import/Export jobs for this project:
  5. Click on the Export tab:
  6. You can choose first on the right whether you want a PDF file or a BCFZIP file (using the BCF v2 schema)
  7. If you have filtered the Topics list, you can check that you want to use this filter.
  8. You can also choose whether you want to include comments and viewpoints in your export result
  9. When you are done specifying options, click on Start Export
  10. You can follow along the status of your Export job underneath the Export tab or on the All tab:
  11. When it finished successfully, a green check mark will be displayed together with how many Topics that were exported:
  12. You can now download your PDF or BCFZIP file by clicking on the name of the file or on the Download icon

It's possible to let an export job run again (reschedule it), so it gets fresh new data. In that way, you can define an export job (with or without a specific filter) and update the exported file whenever you need it. The only thing you need to do, is to click the Reschedule button:
